American Express Credit Card
Whether you’re a CEO, college student or frequent traveler, American Express
has a card for you. Airline rewards, cash back, discounts on music and zero APR
are just a few examples the benefits offered to American Express customers.
Fly with Delta
There are four cards available from American Express for frequent flyers on
Delta Airlines. Delta SkyPoints, Delta SkyMiles, Gold Delta SkyMiles and
Platinum Delta SkyMiles are used by travelers to earn points on purchases at
gas stations, malls and restaurants. The accumulated points can be used toward
plane ticket purchases. The cards charge annual fees from $49 to $135. Damage
and loss is covered on vehicle rentals paid using these cards.
Money, Money, Money
Blue Cash gives business owners up to five percent in cash back. Introductory
interest rate of zero percent is offered for the first six months. No annual
fee or balance transfer transaction fee is charged. As for product and
equipment purchases, the Buyer’s Assurance Plan extends a manufacturer’s
warranty to one additional year.
Got Blue?
This no annual fee card comes with 0% APR for up to 15 months and 3.99% fixed
rate for transferred balance for the life of the balance. Blue’s purchase
reward program credits your account with points, and they can be redeemed for
gift certificates. Card members get discounts on CDs and music downloads. They
are also eligible to enter contests for concert tickets.
Blue for Students
American Express made this card for students who are not eligible for Blue
because of its credit score and income requirement. Blue for Students’ interest
rate is higher than that of Blue. No annual fee is charged for this card. Card
members get retail discounts. To get in touch with their loved ones in and out
of state, students can request a phone card with 10 free monthly minutes.
